Semivicoli is a tiny hamlet, that belongs to the city of Casacanditella in the Province of Chieti 365 metres above the sea level. The ancient baronial palace of Semivicoli rises on a hill between the Foro river and the Dendalo torrent in the province of Chieti, not far from Guardiagrele. This impressive structure which was once owned by Sisters of Seclusion, producers of candle wax as well as Baron Perticone, was built between the 17th and 18th Century AD and equipped with an olive mill which was put into use from 1836 as well as a wine cellar boasting enormous barrels which date back to the 19th Century AD.

Archeological digs in the area have uncovered findings dating back to the Roman and Medieval periods which are testimony to ancient civilizations in the area. The first documentations of Semivicoli date back to 19th Century. Semivicoli was once under the Valignani of Chieti Lordship.
